All confirmed booking are considered as Guaranteed booking.
Your failure to check into your reserved Ambassador Transit Lounge within the stipulated time will be considered as No-Show.
Free seating Lounge & No Guarantee to hold the booking beyond your Check-In time
Standard Policy
Please DO NOT CLEAR Immigration and Customs as all Ambassador Transit Lounge are situated on Level 3, Departure Transit Lounge.
** Luggage Claim is after Immigration.
Check-In Luggage cannot be retrieved if you stay in the Ambassador Transit Lounge.
** It is recommended to make your reservations 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
