Jetstar to Emirates (both ways); Air Niugini – SQMI (both ways); Air Niugini – Qatar (both ways);

Jetstar to Jetstar (both ways); SQ to Royal Brunei (both ways); SQ to Garuda (both ways);

SQ to Air France / KLM (both ways); SQ to Lufthansa / LX (both ways); 

Air France / KLM to Garuda (both ways); Singapore Airlines, Silkair, & Scoot.

 

Effective 10th June, 2021 – With Singapore COVID-19 ENHANCED guidelines; Guest arriving from Australia, New Zealand, Mainland China and Brunei; would be met at the meeting point after or at Arrival Gate at Transit Lounge Pier B & C. With their confirmed reservation with us Guest would be also escorted from Arrival Gate to Hotel for Checkin and escorted to Departure Gate on Checkout at least before 75mins to meet their Departure Flight. 

 

All Guests are required to Stay In Room during their stay with us.

Harilela Hospitality Pte Ltd. was established in Singapore in 1980 and is part of the Harilela Group. The Harilela Group is a Hong Kong-based private company with extensive experience in hotel development and management. The Group currently owns some 14 properties across Hong Kong, China, South-East Asia, Europe and North America.

 

The Group has forged alliances with many of the leading hotel groups including Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Choice Hotels International and Commune Hotels.

 

Since 1995, Harilela has successfully developed the transit business managed by Ambassador Hotel Services at Changi Airport, delivering an increasingly sophisticated service to Changi’s growing passenger base. During this period, Harilela Hospitality has also expanded its business in Changi, opening up several successful Hotels, Lounges and F&B operations, and in Singapore, where our Holiday Inn operation has gone from strength to strength. These businesses have proven to be extremely complementary to our Ambassador Transit operations, allowing us to draw on a number of synergies, expertise and operational support.

 

The Harilela Group has owned hotels since 1979 (36 years), and Harilela Hospitality has been operating hotels in Singapore for a similar duration. We have 18 years invaluable experience of operating airport transit hotels and 13 years of experience in operating related food & beverage operations at Singapore Changi Airport.
