• Guest who Arriving and Departing from APPROVED Airlines may book the Hotel.
• Transit Passengers can commute between Terminal via Transit Skytrains between 0500hrs to 0200hrs & Transit Shuttle Services from 0230hrs to 0430hrs.
• Quoted rates are based on a minimum Block of SIX Hours.
• Quoted rates are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Rates are non-refundable, non-negotiable and non-commissionable.
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service charge and Prevailing GST Rates.
• Guest Arriving from different or same Airlines at a separate time, are NOT ALLOWED to share a room- separate room MUST be booked.
• Quoted Rates are subjected to changes without prior notice.
• Hotel will hold the confirmed room SIXTY (60) minutes after Scheduled Time of Arrival, failure to show up for the room - room will be cancelled and NO-SHOW charge will apply.
• Meal Order (Bento Box Meal) will be delivered to the room at the designated time.
• Meals will be inclusive base on the duration of Block stay (1 meal = 6 Hours Stay). Max 03 meals for 24hrs stay.
• ONE Joiner is allowed at the Additional Pax rate of SGD30.00nett, subjected to size and room type of room booked.
• Child from the age of 6 years old and above is chargeable as an adult rate – SGD30.00nett.
• Guests are to approach Gate Hold Room Officer with their confirmation email if they encounter issue at arrival gate.
• Guest Must check out from the Hotel 90 minutes prior to their scheduled departure flight.
• Checked Luggage is NOT ALLOWED in Transit Hotel.
• Billing - Payment upon check-in.
• Optional – Wearing of facial mask is optional.
• ONLY REGISTERED GUEST ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM.
